  : Location was close to the hospital.
  : Everything about this stay was poor. There was a power outage which resulted in no running water for our first night. They refused to credit us for that night, stating that it wasn't their problem. Well I have news for you, it was not my problem either, but I paid over $200 for a hotel room in which I couldn't use the restroom or take a shower or do anything else. Next day was more excuses from the staff and no hot water. Third day the water was finally normal, but our door keys discontinued working. And they only service your room each day IF YOU ASK them to do so. So on our 3 night stay the room was cleaned once. And they didn't even change the sheets on the bed during that cleaning. This is an OK hotel, facilities are average, but the execution is downright horrible.

  : Of the 4 days we stayed, housekeeping only cleaned the room 1 time. This is after multiple complaints to the front desk staff. We had to deal with crumbs on the floors, garbage was piling up in the room, towels were stacking up. The telephone in the room was also not working so we had to continually go up and down the stairs if we needed to contact the front desk. These were huge inconveniences. We were in town to bury our father, a Vietnam Veteran, and having to constantly ask for housecleaning was a strain. Also, Booking.com failed to notify us that there would be a $100 a night “incidental charge”,which is important information so people can plan for that extra expense.

  : This particular Hampton inn after checking in and going to room the bed had blood stains in sheets. The receptionist was not help said blood from my son nose because he had tissue explained my son had bad allergies. They manager Jennifer didn’t care. She said would not give me refund or upgrade
