  : Absolutely nothing
  : Cleanliness of room. Comfort of bed,assorted stains on bedroom settee. Service throughout hotel. Not being able to run a tab on room, had to pay for everything as we went. General apathy of staff. Only saw 2 people throughout our stay. Left hotel after 2 nights, were booked for 3.

  : The tap in the bathroom only dribbled, but as they are renovating, this could be forgiven.

  : Location great, room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom was clean and shower good.
  : Only one room card so had to wedge room door open when husband went for a smoke or have no electricity. We did ask for a second one but told that wasn’t possible.Said on booking breakfast included but when we arrived told this was only continental. Bookings do not include breakfast now.2/3rds of a toilet roll in the room for a family of 3 staying 2 nights. Paying over £130 per night and having to ask for additional toilet roll isn’t really acceptable. Stained pillow hidden under top pillow.Comfy bed but plastic undersheet made it sweaty!Breakfast was just a little sad. One solitary croissant, 4 slices of white/4 brown bread. Bananas and apples were the only fruit and a handful of yoghurts. Only enough juice for one glass, not enough milk for 3 bowls of cereal. Staff member never even spoke to us let alone explained anything, he eventually topped up milk and juice but we were done by then. Everything just felt a bit penny pinching which is a shame as clearly they have spent money on the rooms. Customer service and hospitality definitely needs improving as it was very cold and practically nonexistent.

  : Very clean and lovely bathroom. The windows opened fully so we could get ;ots of fresh air in as we went in a very warm period.

  : No Air conditioning . Breakfast charge seemed extremely excessive so we didn’t bother . Lots of outside places .
