  : Spacious, 1 big sleeping room accommodating 4 people plus kitchen/living room, big bathroom, everything very clean, Italian breakfast in the kitchen: coffee, tea, some croissants/sweets, great location.
  : There were no windows, only a very small one above the door but no daylight inside.

  : First of all the location of the facility is amazing, the rooms were spacious, fully equipped with kitchenware microwave oven, coffee machine and the lot.There was also a pc with info about matera (but we didn't get to use it.The facility has double doors on the outside wich added a sense of securityThe host was quite friendly but we didn't get to see him. Nevertheless, he was always willing to help, he suggested a list of interesting places to visit and even suggested the best time to search for parking in the area (which worked).Parking in the streets around the facility is free (white line) and in late april it was quite easy to find between 14:00 and 16:00.Room is clean and spacious (can accomodate 4 people) while the wardrobe was functional and nicely utilized.
  : 'Well i haven't yet decided if i am into visiting a facility were i don't even get see the owner. I see that the host has done everything so as to that being possible and not burden the visitor. But, and don't get me wrong cause Biagio is great host, everything was fone from a distance. The check in was done from distance while the final payment was also done in full faith that we will leave the money on the table before leaving... Anyway, the main issue though was the bed. I mean the bed was big enough but the mattress was so soft that it made me wonder if a 90 kg man is not suitable for such soft matress or if the matress has done it's mileage and needs a change. I certainly could feel the matress providing no support in my mid section creating a puddle . The matress was definitely firmer in the bottom and upper parts. Maybe the owner should have a look on this matter. Then breakfast was typical (bottle of milk some cakes, coffee, etc) but it didn't matter cause near this place is an amazing shop (zuzu) with very high quality products (eggs nuts seeds salami, pomodori barratino and a wide variety of italian products of high quality). After all we didn't choose the facility for the breakfast.All in all the above remarks are merely a kind suggestion to the owner and i highly suggest this place for experiencing matera.

  : Location was great, near the city center and near great restaurants and all facilities, which you need. Very helpful owner. Place was very clean, confortable bed.

  : Good location, interesting room with high ceilings (but only a single window), good WiFi & TV.
  : Mattress of main double bed is truly bad, meaning hernia-inducing bad, and needs urgent replacement. The listing of this property is not truthfull or at least stretching the truth beyond its limits. There is no "breakfast included" as advertised: a bag of cheap cookies and a pack of industrial plum cakes (jointly about 3 EUR in any shop) cannot qualify as a "breakfast" for 4 people and 2 mornings and thus should not be listed like that. There is no "balcony" as listed, just a single normal window in the whole place opening up to the street, while only the truly lucky will ever find a street parking space anywhere near this accommodation, so no "parking available" as advertised. Another warning for those showering: the in-itself good gas boiler has issues, causing it to restart water temperature at burning hot when turning it back on at your previous comfortable position while showering; especially dangerous for kids (luckily I was the first to shower and burn, so I could prevent worse). We never met the host during our stay, all contact over phone at international tarrifs if you have no mobile data package in Italy.
