  : The views were excellent. Located next to great restaurant with excellent staff and drinks. Food was good. The market's are really small and quaint, but owners very friendly. Very pleased with the people of Nerrano. All of Olga's staff were friendly. Our host was excellent. Size of place is great.
  : I was unaware you get a level, not the whole place that you see in pictures. The place is outdated, some could say charm I say very dirty. If you have brass fixtures then brasso should be used. We had plenty of spiders, ants ( I get it ... no one can fully control ants) but you can spray before guests arrive. The toilets need to be new they were disgusting. I bought cleaning products myself to clean just so my kids felt comfortable using the toilets and showers. You are by the beach, so it's moist. But you should have silca in the closets and drawers to help with moisture. The a/c didn't work until they came to clean the filters. Which were so dirty it was clogged, again should be routinely cleaned after guests leave. The place was not pleasant smelling at all. Very moldy smelling. They could use glade plug in or a candle to help just set an ambiance.. The beds were not comfortable. Again if you have hotel standards this is not the place. If staff reads this and just does the several things my family suggested above could be a 9 out of 10. Staff was excellent, very on top of requests. 10 out of 10 for them.
