  : After I had to get us moved in the morning of our first night the room they moved us to was better then the first disgusting, dirty and unsafe room they put me and my 3 year old nephew in first when we arrived after 10pm at night. The pool was good except it was a bit restricted for children and there toys - balls, floats ect werent allowed but the lifeguard allowed it probes because it wasnt busy. Even tho when I booked it, it said this place is hardly ever available which was false advertisement.
  : They put me and my 3 year old nephew in a dirty, filthy room on the second floor with out any of the kitchen supplies that was stated on the booking. We arrived just after 10pm and had been travelling all day. We were self catering as my nephew is funny in what he eats. I had things I could microwave for him when we got there but this was not possible as non of the kitchen supplies were in the room. So he couldnt have anything to eat. The room was disgusting, it had dead spiders on the floor, mould all around the shower, cobwebs up the walls that were reachable to touch, there was hard snots stuck to the side of the sofa bed, there was dust all over the sides of the sofa bed, the fridge and top counter where you put pans on was dirty as well! But the worst thing of all that was a complete danger hazard for my 3 year old nephew was the balcony/Terrace! There was a metal frame around it attached to the wall of the inside of the balcony/terrace and it was completely not secure or safe for anyone to be around it. My nephew walked over to it and put his hands on it and it started to wobble and when I checked it, the screws were not attached properly to the wall and they were all loose, that loose where it could of fell off and caused injury.I went and spoke to the man who was on the nightshift desk and he wouldnt move us, he said I had to come down in the morning if I wanted moved. Which was not acceptable. But I had no other choice he refused to move us even after I had told him all my concerns. The next morning I had to go back to the desk which no one came in till 8am so we had to wait around once again with out having anything to eat the night before and not being able to make anything in the morning. I hadnt even been able to unpack anything from our suitcases be sure the room was that filthy and dirty I was not having anything put out in that room.
