  : There were ants in our room & my husband emailed the manager! Haven’t heard from him yet! We expect to get reimbursement for the ants!

  : The hidden fee that they charge you after you book with Booking.Com and it specifically says that there are no hidden fees. If you plan on going to a Hilton make sure you have extra money to waste for "holding" until you are ready to check out. WE DID NOT have the extra 25 dollars to give them and had to borrow money from my mother until I was refunded the 25 dollars back!!

  : The bed was comfortable and the proximity to kings island is great. I loved the waffle bar. Lots of great toppings to put on them. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom as well. The wall closet/desk area was very nice.
  : The shower head looked to be a massaging one, but it was so high up on the wall, I couldn't reach it. Also I don't know why hotels insist on using the curved shower curtain rod and then use standard curtains. The sink also curved out which makes it difficult for shorter people or kids. Water pressure wasn't great either. The pillows were too fluffy and hurt my neck. Online check in is a joke. I did that and got a specific room, yet when we arrived we were told that room wasn't ready and asked to take a different room on another floor. We had checked in and lounged in our room for a while and the original room we had chosen hadn't even been cleaned yet. So what's the point of online check in?
