  : The Relais Villa San Martino was an oasis of calm in very busy Puglia. It is located slightly out of the town of Martina Franca, which is central within Puglia, therefore allowing us to do day trips to Matera, Ostuni, Alberobello and other villages and yet be back at the hotel for relaxation around the beautiful pool later in the afternoon.Our room was large and well-appointed, and whilst we had asked for a twin room, we were given more a suite with a larger and a smaller bed. Upon arrival on our first night, we were greeted by Alessandro and his staff, all of whom were friendly, helpful and polite at all times. Nothing was too much for them all.Breakfast was next level - delicious fruits, breads, pastries and cakes - all beautifully laid out. A cooked breakfast was also an option.Samwell (Samual) was particularly lovely - efficient, friendly and he looked after us very well both at the pool bar and at breakfast time with fabulous coffees.We actually wish wed stayed there the whole week and just done day trips from there.Thanks you Alessandro, Gabriel and all the staff for a fabulous stay.

  : We had a very enjoyable stay. The property is gorgeous. The rooms very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. There was a wedding there the day we arrived so we almost had the pool to ourselves. The hotel put on a special menu for us in the evening as their restaurant initially was closed due to the wedding.
  : The price of drinks was quite expensive which I appreciate comes with a 5* setting but seemed quite steep.

  : We came in winter so not all the facilities were open, however, the staff were great and were always available to help in even the smallest details.

  : Quiet countryside luxury villa hotel close to Martina Franca and the other towns worth seeing in Valle ditra. Beautful room and pubilic rooms. Extremely helpful and warn staff ready to advise on how to make the most of your holidays.

  : The stuff were extremely kind, warm and helpful. Alexandro is one of a kind. The entire estate and gardens are beautiful. The room is clean with very hot shower. Breakfast is great as well.
  : The room in the ground floor was a little small with no window. As we couldn't sleep with an open door the room wasn't ventilated enough for us.

  : Alessandro and all the staff made us feel so welcome from start to finish. Our room was superb and the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious as was the wine. The hotel spa was also a lovely relaxing space.
  : It's a shame that neither the inside or outside pools were available for use.
