: A lovely house right in the pedestrianised historic centre. Extremely well equipped. Loads of space spread across three floors. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Parking in nearby streets is not a problem
: Be aware that bedroom 2 is accessed through bedroom 1- not a problem for us but if you are four worth knowing! Stairs are steep and windy - it is a long way back to the bottom if you forget something!

: A truly beautiful and large town house which has been restored/renovated to the highest standard and in the best taste. The whole finish is of very high quality and a lot of care and trouble has been taken over the furnishings - the style can be seen in the photos but not the quality. The hosts were lovely people who were genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay - they were in contact by WhatsApp to meet us with the keys and show us around, and left a very generous breakfast spread including a homemade cake and plenty of milk and coffee, etc. They were happy for us to leave the keys in the key safe by the front door on check-out which made it really easy for us. There is a huge roof terrace that would have been wonderful if the weather hadn't been so rainy. We also managed twice to find parking on-street at the entrance to the old town where the house is.
: Unfortunately, the space didn't work for us: we were two couples and the bedrooms are interconnected with access to one bedroom and the bathroom via the other one. There is only one shower room in the property; the facility on the ground floor is just a toilet not a bathroom. These two points were crucially lacking/incorrect in the description on Booking and after the first night where nobody slept without disturbance due to the bedroom arrangements, two of us made a last minute booking and decamped to an alternative property nearby - disappointing and an extra expense. For information, the interior stairs are very steep and narrow and would not be manageable by anyone with mobility problems.
