  : The place is very new in nice surroundings, close to nature. Perfect location to start the via ferrata to Martinsk hole, hence its name. Overall we were satisfied with the accomodation, it was a big apartment, nicely furnished, the whole place is stylish. It was spotlessly clean, and the price for the value is quite good. The wifi was working well, reception, personnel all met the required standard. The beds were very comfortable. What I would like to recommend is to try out the restaurant, the food is delicious.
  : One thing we did not like was, that unfortunately every Monday the wellness is closed, and on other days it also works only between 17-21 hours. I think if the place is advertised as a wellness guest house, it should be more. Another thing to mention is that the rooms are not well isolated from noise. There was a family with a tiny infant in the next room and we could hear the baby crying very loudly. This was very unpleasant. Luckily we had earplugs and we were tired enough, so we could get some rest.

  : everything was as expected, we knew it was not the best hotel in Martin but it was the only one available and fit the purpose.
  : Asked for a fan and they did not have one, they did not have an Iron - so basics not available.

  : I prefer quiet locations outside of cities when I travel, so this fits the bill perfectly, being completely surrounded by nature. Room was clean and spacious, food was OK both at dinner and breakfast.
  : The rooms have VERY thin walls, if there is a party going on in the next room - as it was in my case - you are simply out of luck - no chance to work or to sleep. Till midninght... :/ Visited the "wellness" area, seemed to me that no one knew how to use it - and there is no guidance and apparently ZERO idea or care about basic sauna hygiene. People went into steam sauna wrapped in towels, then with the same (by that time completely soaked) towels into "dry" sauna (they call it "finnish", but it is not...). Then with all the sweat straight into the cooling pool - without shower. I would not wash my car with the water from that pool...
