  : The apartment had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Local shops were a short walk away. Private parking was very useful.
  : Although not a listed item, it would have been nice to have effective air conditioning. Fans were supplied however which kept things comfortable enough.It would also be useful to have a cafetiere but this is a personal request and not a must have.

  : The apartment corresponds to the pictures and there was indeed parking available within 50 meters of the apartment. The touristic center is within walking distance, and there are some shops nearby for basic necessities. The apartment has everything you may need: a decent shower, good wifi, a well-equipped kitchen (which we didn't use), and enough space to accommodate 2 to 4 people comfortably. There were large windows, allowing for a natural breeze, which is pleasant during hot days. The apartment was extremely clean, and the host was very helpful.
  : As indicated by some other people, the air conditioning simply doesn't work. Fortunately, we were lucky that the temperatures were around 28 degrees, so we managed fine with the fan. Furthermore, the apartment has single glazing and poor insulation. If you are a light sleeper (like me), you are completely dependent on how the neighbors are feeling. The first night, one of the neighbors had a karaoke night, and we couldn't get any sleep. The other nights, we were luckier and it was quiet from midnight onwards. In addition to the noise issue, I regret to say that the single beds were quite small (I'm only 1.76m tall), and the mattresses were quite thin and uncomfortable. It's also important to know that if you're only two people, the host locks one of the two bedrooms with a key. If you want to use both rooms, you have to pay extra. This is stated in the terms and conditions, but if you indicate two people during the booking, Booking.com still indicates that you have two bedrooms. If I had known this earlier, I would have booked somewhere else because having a separate bedroom is better for a light sleeper like me. One last important point: the garage opens onto a very narrow street. Driving in and out with a sedan was a hassle every time. The ceiling of the parking garage is also very low. I don't think an SUV would fit inside the garage. You are also dependent on how close the cars park next to the curb across the garage. The posts at the garage exit are heavily damaged, which should tell you enough. If you drive a hatchback and can drive well, you won't have a problem here.

  : Well equipped , comfortable flat. Great kitchen. Full size fridge. Washer-dryer and dishwasher. nespresso machine and a few basics ( salt pepper, oil, vinegar etc..)

  : The apartment was about a 20-minute walk from the Orange Vlodrome. It was large and clean, with a great kitchen. It also had good, free wi-fi.
  : The bed was a little too short for me. A king-sized bed would be a much better fit for the taller traveller or if two of you were staying here.

  : This property is located in so and so neighborhood about 20 min drive from the port ( #1 tourist attraction in Marseille ) There is no air-condition in the bedrooms only small fans we couldnt sleep ; the only Air-condition is in the living room that barely works . The temperatures were scorching hot outside and to come back to a place without an AC was horrible. I contacted the owner and asked him to send a technician to fix it but he refused to do so and told me that back in June he had one checking it (now it is September) The property has an elevator, private parking and grocery store one block away Dont stay there during the summer
  : the fact that there were no Ac in the bedrooms and the only one in the house un the livingroom barly worked

  : The host, Alain, was very friendly and helpful (giving excellent suggestions for what to see and do while there). The apartment was very spacious, and we appreciated the use of a laundry machine.
  : Unfortunately it was very hot when we visited and the AC couldn't cool the apartment adequately. I messaged the host in the middle of the night on the first of our three nights (because it was too hot to sleep), and he graciously brought 2 fans for us to use in time for our last night. That made the apartment much more comfortable. The sofa was very uncomfortable, so we tended to sit out on the balcony (though there is quite a bit of street noise). There is not much to see or do within walking distance, so we were glad we had a car.
