  : it was okay for the cost, but the lack of the 4th bed spoiled it.
  : we booked a room for 4 people and it was sold as a room for 4 people, there were only 3 beds and 3 pillows!

  : Automated check in did not work and the Receptionist was not there when we arrived although we had given a time - we had to make a costly phone call and wait 15 mins for her to arrive and check us in - which at 10pm with three tired children was not ideal! The photographer has done very well with the pictures shown - rooms are tiny and very run down and the bathrooms are dingy little tardis rooms with grubby shower curtains and ripped, rough towels. We were expecting a family room which consisted of two adjoining rooms with a shared front door - the front door lock didnt work so we had to prop it shut in order to keep ourselves secure. Hotel as a whole very run down and dirty.

  : Horrendous! Booked to stay here whilst touring on my motorcycle, on arrive the outside is very dirty and unkept, on entering the premises the feeling of unkept and dirty conditions continued. On receiving the keys and inspecting the room this turned out to be a dirty and unsanitary location. It felt like entering a prison and after looking around the room/bathroom found it to be very very dirty with BLOOD on the bed frame and other stains. The staff werent very helpful, refusing a refund and when I was speaking to booking.com the property refused to answer the phone to booking.comIm still waiting for a refund to this day with no contact from the property or booking.com.Im very disappointed in how booking.com have dealt with this situation.I was lucky there was a hotel near to stay in at short notice!
