  : *Room was recently renovated.*Property was very clean.*The staff was super friendly, they gave lots of good recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area.*Nice breakfast.
  : *Hotel was slightly difficult to locate*It is on the ground floor of a regular residential building which is surrounded by other residential buildings. *Walls are super thin so you can hear EVERYTHING (people talking, people fighting, dogs barking, babies crying, people cooking & cleaning, chairs moving, doors slamming, cars driving on the street, etc). It is NOISY!*Two street lights right outside our window (luckily there were shutters to block these at night) so it was not really nice to sit outside.*The shower door was not properly sealed at the bottom so we had a small lake on the floor every time we took a shower. *The water pressure in the shower was great until the end of my shower, just when I needed to rinse, and then I lost almost all of the pressure. It was a drastic change.*Toilet seat was stained off-white along the back of the seat and the flushing button was partially broken.*Private parking is not really gated as listed. It is basically an open to drive straight in. There is a gate to get in if you are walking in from the street on the opposite side but not for cars. Also there are only 4 parking spots available but it appears as if there were 8 rooms total so this could be an issue.*Not really in a location that is walkable to many restaurants or bars.

  : Well equipped and comfortable room. Manuela extremely helpful with check-in and parking arrangements.
  : Fresh bakery bread rather than ready-sliced would have been nice for breakfast. Walk into town was somewhat further than we had expected.
