  : The staff was very friendly (except for 1 man at the front desk) The lunch and dinner food was really nice and there is a lot to chose from. Always multiple options of warm food, salads and fruits.
  : We only watched one show, the belly dancing, but they were more like strippers.it was not a traditional turkish bellydance sadly. There were 2 ladies shaking their boobs and buts, but they were not synchronised, didnt even really have a choreo and afterwards they even collected money in their bra.

  : Cleanliness. Rooms were made up everyday. COVID-19 aware.
  : Rooms and bathrooms need ventilating whilst were not in. The rooms are bloody boiling as you walk in from outside. The towels are like sandpaper not good for anyone who suffers from sensitive skin burns. Location is like a 5-10 min walk from the main strip (beach).

  : Last night the electricity stopped working in our room and we couldnt enjoyed this night as we had to change for another room. Moreover the room we got was worse with the balcony facing the wall.

  : There are a number of things that I feel the hotel could improve on. I fully appreciate how difficult things are at present, but the basic stuff is still easy to get right. 1. Room not prepared despite arriving in the early hours of the morning. Only one towel between 2 people, last bits of a roll of toilet paper.2. Had to ask all the time for the room to be cleaned. There's supposed to be a notice you can hang on your door to notify the cleaner. On arrival not made aware of the process and no notice to hang out, this appeared on our last day! 3. WiFi did not work majority of our stay. 4. Staff not particularly welcoming or friendly. Appreciate this might be driven by the circumstances but you see a welcome in someone's eyes even if you can't see their smile behind a mask.5. Breakfast was extremely stingy, no longer serve yourself for obvious reasons. But when asking for cheese or ham slices and having one put on you plate then having to urge the staff to add more!!6. No staff around during the day to service the pool area. Hunt the staff member to get a beer!7. On day of departure and checking out the receptionist informed us that she had sent our taxi for transfer away as they could not see my name on the register! 5 minutes of total stress later the company confirmed the taxi was coming and it did appear.8. Most definitely not a 4 star accommodation, very disappointed on the whole. Although it didn't spoil our experience.

  : Had deliberately booked a hotel with indoor pool but it wasn't heated and too cold to swim. What is the point of having an indoor pool if it's not heated in winter?
