  : Lovely attentive staff, they couldn't do enough for us. The hotel situation is great, right on it's own private beach and also central to all Marmaris attractions. Food was plentiful and loads of choices
  : The food, although plentiful was often stone cold, even when newly brought out. Other than that, no complaints

  : They are very very rude and they are not professional at all, zero hospitality, we were honeymooners and took an all inclusive package, when we reached there first thing they informed us to look at the rules coz they know that they are liers, they wrote on that paper that they dont provide water in the room and its extra charge, they dont clean and change sheets of the room everyday they only change it after 3 nights and same for the towels they dont give towels for the beach its extra charge as well. We left with no options since they charged our card so we stayed and even though after 3 nights they didnt change anything unless i made an issue for it and when it was our checkout day i asked for late chekout since our flight is @ late night they refused however room is not booked coz Ive stay for hours in the loby at that day and no one came to check in .I dont recommend at all,

  : The food was disgusting, catered more for the turkey people. Staff were very rude especially the restaurant manager not willing to help at all. Restaurant tables were getting cleaned with dirty cloths. There was a foul smell at the tea machine , the water machine was filthy. I had sickness and diarrhoea for 2 solid days I couldnt leave my room. I asked for a refund but was refused because the room was non refundable. Which really only happens if a no show. My friend had surgery and was really unwell also. Can you look into a refund please? My husband is seeking legal advice. Ive a video of the dirty water machine but wont let me upload.

  : Great wee hotel right at the beach and shops and nightclubs great location, staff very friendly
  : no English food at all, no toast, food was awful we ate out every night, no kettle in room, no iron in room, u can hire an iron from reception. Bring ur own tea bags and coffee and bring a travel kettle, no swimming pool

  : Great position on seafront but still a quiet.
  : After a long drive I hoped to get into my room at 1pm as advertised but I had to wait over an hour longer. Room was very small but fine for a one night stay. No privacy on balconies and smoke from next door came into my room so had to keep door and nets drawn.
