  : I checked in through a metal screen which the staff had lowered (attaching a pic of my check in experience). I had to yell to see if there was anyone there, and they didn't raise it; we did everything through a one inch gap. The room reeked of smoke; when I got home all of my clothes stank of the room. There were roaches - thankfully small. The bathroom and floors had not been cleaned. Our feet were filthy from walking around for less than an hour. Most people assume there will be a way to get at least a coffee in the morning - there was nothing available in the room or downstairs. People were drag racing right outside both nights; it was very loud. The AC unit ticked constantly, right next to the bed. It was an awful, disgusting, exhausting experience.

  : Close to everything. Location wise it was the best
  : The room smelled like pee. Not a little pee, like they had scrubbed the room with it before we walked in. There was a roach problem in one of the neighboring rooms. They bombed it and placed a bath towel at the crease in the door to prevent the cockroaches from escaping. It did not do the job.

  : The decor was fine and the appliances worked. It was all over shadowed by smell and cleanliness.
  : There are roaches crawling EVERYWHERE. The first couple of things I noticed walking to my room were the amount of different unpleasant smells in the hallways, with a sticky floor in the elevator with a beat up old “caution” sign. Then there were 1 to 2 roaches on every other wall walking in the hallways. As soon as I opened up my door there was one running down the crevice of my door. A few on the kitchen sink . Another roach under the tv as well as a few by the closet. Once I turned on the light in the bathroom at least 5 roaches scary from in the middle of the floor. The stay was supposed to be for me and my family for 1 week. My husband and I had to find somewhere else to go after already paying for the nightmare of a room bc we were afraid to let our children even touch the sheets. We couldn’t put anything of ours down because we were afraid ants and roaches would stow away in our belongings.

  : They cancelled my reservation which is the same day I arrived there.And that day was my birthday.They both got rude and disrespectful because I told them I was displeased.The lady told me I had to wait an hour for my room
