  : It was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable.
  : This hotel was perfectly fine with the exception of the bathroom door handle being broken and the shower was not great. It didn’t get very hot, the water sprayed everywhere, and it didn’t drain well.

  : Very clean felt very safe quick easy check in..husband said breakfast was good
  : Small square bed pillows..look nice not the best to use also curtains made not to close only sheers closed...let in light from outside lights and signs all night...also didn't feel private since it was only 2nd floor

  : The unprofessionalism of staff I was locked out of my room because my room key needed reprogram to let me back in it took a hour because front desk put a sign out saying they would be back in 10 min. it was in accurate information it took him a little while to get back to front desk…..finally front desk came back and I request a late check out he assured me he would extend my check out but in the A.M. the next morning shift was unaware and proceeded to barge in my room while I was dressing and the morning shift housekeeper proceeded to go back and forth with me arguing about how front desk did not make her aware of the late check out….It was a housekeeper and then some more housekeepers standing together in the hallway as if they were going to attempt to intimidate me and stared at my family making them feel unwelcome and a in that moment I realize I made a wrong choice and will not return back to this place of business….having housekeeper workers tallying up like their the Ku Klux Klan mob and my family and I was visiting for Fathers Day weekend and we are a diverse close family it came across discriminative and low class and absolutely racist….I will not return the worse hotel experience ever!!!Also the room was extremely dirty no sheets or blanket for the sofa bed and linen had yellow stains on King size bedding plus carpet in room 305 was extremely discolored with dirt stains…..now I’m finish viewing my stay with Comfort Inn&Suites….hospitality is just not the way it use to be anymore it’s hard to run into kindness and to treat others the way you would want to be treated….
