: The hotel is in an excellent location for the slopes, you can ski to the door. So clean and fresh and modern and very tidy. Amazing spa area and pool.
: The staff are very strict and happy to voice any annoyance in front of other customers which is a little harsh on holiday.

: Nice personnel, nice pool area
: 1) Our room (like many others) had a "main road view" - the road is busy and noisy, no way you could sleep with windows open. 2) Thin walls - we could hear every word from the room next door. In the room behind this thin wall there was a family with little kids, screaming from 6:30 a. m. every day... not really what I want to listen to during holiday. 3) Breakfast rather basic - lots of cereals, but no sausages, no home-made sweets (just a cake from a supermarket), cheap ham and salami. Re-filling very slow - when we came one hour after beginning of breakfast, there were empty plates and it took a long time before the waiters re-filled the missing stuff (if at all). I have seen much better breakfast in other 4-stars hotels in Austria. 4) Dinner - portions could be bigger - they would be OK for small kids, but not for adults. 5) Flies, flies, flies everywhere. The hotel is next to a farm, which is normal in Austria, but nets in the windows would be more than needed - it is not nice when flies in the restaurant sit on your meal, table, cutlery... 6) Creaking bed - I was waking up myself when I turned around in the bed.
