Surrounded by a large garden the Active Chalet is 1 km from the centre of Maria and the ski lifts. It features a balcony a terrace and free WiFi. A ski bus stop and a cross-country ski run are right outside. The Active Chalet features 4 bedrooms (each with cable TV) 3 bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area a living area with a tiled stove and a washing machine and dryer.

The garden includes a children’s playground and a slack line. Free parking is available on site. Hiking and mountain bike trails start at the doorstep and a restaurant is just across the street. In summer the Hochkönig Card is included in the rate.
