  : Excellently designed and laid out modern house in the centre of Marciana Marina. Unusually and positively it has private parking with a short drive and car port. Could sleep up to six but it would be a bit crowded with more than four. Despite many places in MM saying they have parking, much is public and in short supply in the summer. It had all facilities including washing machine and working kitchen with a nice terrace to eat on and two more for views, drying washing etc. There was ample storage for clothes with good wardrobes. The TV had Netflix though we didnt use. Air con was efficient. We would definitely return.
  : The kitchen would be small if there were more than two of you trying to cook or set a meal. And theres not much space to keep food other than the fridge. Some utensils and equipment showed signs of age and not all worked. All the glasses and china were spotless (albeit we washed them in light of Covid) but not all the cookware was as clean.
