  : AVOID AT ALL COSTS WORST APARTMENT EVER! We booked OH Urban Suites with a balcony. 2 days before we arrived we contacted the owner (George) who confirmed someone would be there when we arrived. Upon arrival there was nobody there so after contacting George, he gave us the code to get in and where to find our room key. The key did not work for the room we were in so George said he would be 5 mins. Half an hour later he arrived and used the right key to our room. Unfortunately, the room had not been cleaned and there was still people staying there that evening. George said there was another room available and we would get a free night stay (Despite saying this, he then refused it). As we entered the room we realised how bad it actually was! (SEE PICTURES) There were exposed wires inbetween the headboard that had been taped together. We werent sure if they were live or dead but it was completely unacceptable. There was damp in the corner of the room both floor and ceiling There was a very small window (we had booked a balcony room) with no curtains or blinds. The door handle had been broken so the only way to exit was using the key to pull the door open. We booked another hotel for the rest of the week and despite George confirming we would get a refund for at least the first night 6 weeks later and we are still waiting. His communication skills are dreadful as it takes several texts and calls to get through to him. (Clearly avoiding the situation) The whole experience with OH Urban Suites was a complete disaster and we would urge people NOT to book with them as you will be extremely disappointed if you do! PS This was our honeymoon which made it even worse!!!!
  : Replying to the owners comments below; Nobody maintained communication with us - we had to send 3 messages over 2 days prior to get a response Despite messaging early the next morning, you eventually got in touch at 11:30 /12:00 the following day. (If the room was ready at 9:00 - why didnt you let us know??) The offer of 250 euros is complete lies. You suggested offering us a free night but then refused to honor this and 6 weeks later I have decided to do a review....As agreed if i had been refunded I would not have wrote anything but as you lied and didn't refund anything I feel as though I have to. The pictures speak for themselves.... I dont think we need a microscope to see them?

  : The location is the only good thing about this place. Short walk to beach and restaurants.
  : Where to start! On arrival the apartment had not been cleaned and was very dirty. The mattress for the sofa bed was missing and the bedding, a duvet, was without a cover was stained. Jorge responded to messages at first, saying things would be sorted but when we returned later the sofa was propped up with a pan and it was still without mattress until the next day so it was uninhabitable for 2 of our group for the first night. The air-conditioning unit leaked water all the time running down the door causing us to be locked out of the apartment when the door frame swelled. There was mold underneath the unit and also in the bathroom. Live wires were hanging from the ceiling! Jorge promised a refund for the first night which has never been processed. He now ignores messages regarding this. I have never left a negative review before but cannot stress enough not to stay here. Other guests we spoke to had the same experience.

  : Location was very central. But does not have sea views as stated.
  : We arrived and the host never met us. Could not contact them. We were on the street for 5 hours waiting to access the property. Only managed to access the property thanks to another person stay at the location. Had to guess which room we were staying in by taking keys from a box and trying all the rooms to see which one was vacant.
