  : It was very easy to access the property from the Motor way. The property is clean and modern. The resort has a pretty nice pool area so for swimming no need to go to the beach. You can walk to the beach 20-25min or drive 5-10min. there is a good store for grocery shopping just 5 min away on the same road. The restaurant on the resort is ok but basic but there are a couple of nicer restaurants by the beach. We tried "Simbad" directly by the water. It had good parking. It seemed popular, and food was very good. We also found an Irish Pub ("Murphy's) 5-10 min walk away from the property just south of the Motor way (there is a foot bridge over the motor way).
  : The living / kitchen area is quite small (which we knew). The apartment worked well for 3 adults. 2 slept in the larger bedroom (upstairs) and one downstairs. In my opinion, the smaller bedroom is suitable for one adult or 2 children. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room / kitchen. I found the cleaning fee (EUR 110) high if you only spend a couple of nights. It wasn't obvious to me (I might have missed it) until after the booking that there was a EUR 300 security deposit to get the key. On the booking confirmation it says the deposit should be paid in cash on arrival, but we were later asked to provide credit card details instead of cash. However, in the end the credit card details were not required. So overall, the requirements around this damage deposit werer confusing.
