: Location was amazing, room was immaculate with a large en-suite. great view of st Michael’s mount from the restaurant.
: There were a few problems with the breakfast - it was served by the staff but there was a very very long wait - too long - before the cooked part arrived, and although there was a big choice of cooked items there was no offer of simple toast for those that didn’t want a cooked option.

: location and crabby’s bar when open
: the room we stopped in was tired and the bathroom needed updating . The room was also noisy up until 10pm and a few times later and again before 7 in the morning.We informed the staff when we left but they didn’t offer any valid reason for the noise and said rooms were being upgraded and sound proofed . On our last morning staff forgot us at breakfast and other diners who arrived after us received their meals first , with the excuse given that ours was being plated ? arrived 10 minutes later ! we were asked so many times what number our room was ( only 10 rooms ) and on one occasion questioned by staff as to why we were there sat on the sofa in the bar it’s a shame because the hotel could be. so much better and staff better trained to deal with there guests
