  : Loved the view. Enjoyed the space. Liked the privacy of the roof top for sun bathing. Nobody was there on the top floor, so that was a plus for privacy.
  : Needed some upgrades and repairs. Some examples would be sliding glass doors were very hard to open, and the blinds didn’t work properly. Kitchen pantry doors needed fixing or repairs. Towel holder fell off in small bathroom as soon as I hung a towel on it. Things like that. But not enough to make it a bother.

  : Incredible views of the harbor and sunsets! Very comfortable and well-appointed apartment. Close to Publix without venturing onto A1A. Lots to look at from the balcony, so binoculars are recommended if you like boats and airplanes. Also recommend a fishing rod and net. This would be a great place to rent all 3 units for a family gathering. The second floor unit is the largest with a big living room and extra half bath. The downstairs unit and 3rd floor unit have no separate living room. Important to mention that the 2nd and 3rd floor units have access to the rooftop, while the 1st floor does not. Lots of outdoor gathering spaces with nice furniture and gas grill and gas firepit. Bring your boat! Dock right in front of the house!
