  : Comfortable, clean and warm (at the end of November) three-bedroom apartment, a few minutes' walk from the center of Mantua. The kitchen is very well equipped. Good Wi-Fi. The owner is attentive and helpful, he sent us detailed instructions on how to find the address. The option of parking in the inner courtyard is a great advantage.

  : The host was very good at communicating and gave us helpful suggestions re restaurants and the local area. The location was excellent for us - at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet area with private parking. The apartment was spacious and quite well appointed - it would be good for stays of 2 or 3 nights - we did not really have time to take advantage of all the facilities on offer.
  : The apartment was up several floors which could be a problem if you had mobility challenges/were not fit or had heavy luggage. One thing we found very off putting. We had rented the apartment at the advertised price. When we got there parts of the apartment were locked off. We were given a choice as to whether we required a double or twin room but having opted for the double, not given access - even to view - the twin or another room 'behind closed and locked doors'. We presumed the reason for this was to keep cleaning costs down, and the remainder of the apartment was perfectly adequate for the two of us........it just didn't feel right. We would have much preferred to have open doors with a request not to use them which we would have fully respected.

  : The really central location - almost all attractions are within walking distance. Located in a nice old building. Very nice lake view apartment (despite the parking lot works in progress on the street to which it faces), Air conditioning helps a lot in the hot summer Parking is right in the building countyard and it is very convenient. Also we were able to use it even after the time of our stay, to continue our visit to the city. Having water in bottles, coffee machine with pods, mantova tipical cake, and various condiments for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, etc.) is very convenient. Value for money is great. However, you should not expect a luxury apartment. The host is very friendly and helpful.
  : The apartment facilities are a bit old and the decoration could be improved. Two flights of stairs! No elevator, but we knew about it before arriving. It is also important to highlight here that the accommodation has to be paid in cash on site, but we knew about it before arriving. Bathroom is a bit small. No waching machine in the apartment and no microwave in the kitchen, but we knew about it before arriving.

  : Lovely clean spacious apartment very close to the old town and lake.The owner was very welcoming and friendly Private on-site parking was great.Good equipped kitchen but a microwave would be a bonus as only a hob, no oven!
  : The only downside for me was the flights of stairs to the top floor apartment. Good exercise but not good for people with mobility problems.
