  : Hot rooms, cold shower and no lift (rooms on 2nd floor). Late night noisy arrival of guests.

  : Staff not very friendly. Waitress attitude not good. Room furthest away from reception up two flights of stairs. No lift. Offered to take case up to room but could have been more friendly about it. No mention of helping us down with it at end of stay. Friendly maid offered immediately she saw us. We are over 80 years old.

  : Good location as we were on the road towards Spain, so it was nice not to have to make a big detour. I liked the old-world style of the building with stunning views. The bed was super comfortable too, and the staff very friendly.
  : It was a bit of a shame that there was nothing to eat or drink after 21.00 which is a very normal time if you are not living the French small village lifestyle yourself. We don't like the gas station restaurants a d were looking forward to a nice dinner, but it is clearly not a place for international time frames. So if they want to attract international customers (or make them happy) that could be a point to improve. The smell of hand sanitizer/ detergent in the stairways was also a bit much...

  : The hotel reserved a lovely table for us on the terrace and we loved it. It was the highlight of stay.The staff were also friendly and welcoming and we were upgraded on arrival to a lovely, spacious and new refurbished room! Loved it!

  : Location is fantastic. Such a beautiful setting. Room is good value for money.
  : It would of been helpful if waitress had a better knowledge of the cheeses on cheese board not just cow and goat. Towels were very rough not pleasant to use.

  : Ignore the outside and that our room overlooked the carpark. The other side of the hotel overlooks the river, the bridge and a beautiful garden. There is a terrace on this side of the hotel where meals are served. For dinner, we went for the Alfred Renoleau option which is good value.1pm check-in is a bonus and parking is plentiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. We got some walks for the local area from the Tourist Office across the square from the hotel. The Sentier de la prairie de Gou - a 4.2 km walk - is worth doing.Our bathroom had a shaving mirror.
