  : I had to ask for another room. The first 1 the carpet was nasty and looked like it was flooded before. The hot tub did not work, the bath tub had a hole and cracked plus the bathroom was dirty. They gave me a hard time about switching rooms. Never again.

  : The staff was really nice and friendly.
  : The beds are really firm, and not in a comfortable way. I like a firm bed but these felt rock hard and cheap. The pillows smell so bad, they smell old and like they have not been sanitized. The tub had buildup all over it, the walls of the bathtub were dirty. The bathroom fan was hanging from the ceiling. The carpet was stained, there were finger prints all over the closet mirror. I understand the property is going under renovation, but cleanliness should not be on the back burner and fresh pillows and mattresses should be a priority.

  : The breakfast was fine.
  : Room was awful. Bathroom door would not close and toilet seat was stained yellow. Wall next to bed was filthy. There was no clock or phone, later finding clock on floor behind nightstand. This to me means the room probably wasn't cleaned. All pictures on wall were removed and entrydoor looked as if it had been broken into. I told clerk that I thought they put us in a room waiting to be renovated. He said he didn't think so. I was so humiliated as I had reserved this room for a friend from out of town. The furniture was covered in dust. I took some pictures. Even if renovation was going on, there was no reason for dust and dirty walls. No phone, who ever heard of this. What if we needed to contact front desk in an emergency. I was told they were booked and maybe why we had this room. I booked a month or more earlier! If we hadn't already had our plans we definitely would have refused to stay. Definitely didn't spend any more time there then needed. Renovations or not, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  : The elevator. The front desk staff was accommodating. One of the housekeeper seem to be rude and full of attitude.
  : The housekeeping woman was rude in her response to a issue. She knocked on our door and said "it's time to check out if you're not staying" I told her I was not staying then she said with what I felt was a nasty attitude "then it's time to go". She had on all blue scrubs and was dark complected. The woman at the front desk when I checked in was VERY NICE she's a keeper. The room I was in was above the main entrance and was quite noisy opening & closing all night long.

  : we had our room change completed quickly and pleasantly the first time. when the second room failed to meet expectations, the front desk was pleasant and refunded us quickly as we checked out.
  : toilet in first room did not work properly. phone in the first room did not work at all. second room tv failed to work at all halls and rooms were not clean.
