A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that cleaning fees and bed linen fees will be charged upon reservation.

Please note that for stays of 5 nights or more it is not required to pay the EUR 30 service charge.

Reception is open from 10:00 to 18:00. Outside reception opening hours, keys are left in a safe at the key collection address. The safe code will be provided by email upon booking confirmation. Keys will be returned at the same location.
