  : Amenities were nice, playground for kids, pool. There was also a place with food courts and the food was good there.
  : Restaurant was meh, burgers were dry, you could hear everything, very thin walls, the thinnest I’ve ever experienced, very noisy. Food was cafeteria like, not at all 4 stars like the hotels wants you to believe. I don’t think I’m coming back, too much advertising for an very average stay.

  : The complimentary Prosecco bottle was good enough to drown ~5% of the sorrow of actually paying our hard-earned money on non-existing services topped with a copious amount of rudeness from the staff
  : Where to start from? The food was utter crap. I've done my fair share of travel but never have I ever seen a place where even the scrambled eggs were borderline non-edible. This is not limited to the included food (they would hardly be the only all inclusive venue to dish out second-hand food since it's already been paid for by customers and complaints are not that likely) but also to the a la carte menu (BBQ ribs all fat and gristle, pizza with only the tiny teeniest amount of topping, etc)Nobody (and I mean NOBODY) was wearing a mask inside the location. Neither the cleaning personnel, nor the restaurant staff. Come lunch, it was always a toss between the personnel moving food on your plate with pliers/tongs or by using their non-gloved hands. Bon Appetit and enjoy your stay in our 4-stars resort.The beach beds were supposedly given on a first come first served basis, but in practice the beach bar staff made sure that all the good spots were already reserved in the morning. I was able to secure some by going to the beach at 6 am and leaving towels and personal belongings, Several days is a row, when we went to lunch, our towels got removed and some other people were staring at us when we returned on the beach to our location. None of the beach personnel have been able to explain how our towels and belongings magically disappeared from the beach and appeared in the pile of discarded towels behind the bar.Think I'll stop now. Bottom line: if over-priced crap delivered with self-righteous rudeness is your thing, this is the perfect location to enjoy your holiday.

  : The facilities are excellent. The breakfast and lunch had enough variety to cover all needs and tastes. There's more than enough entertaining for kids and the Gardenland has grown and evolved into a very fun location itself. The pool is very child friendly.
  : Paper-thin walls. The second your neighbours raise their level above whispering, or turn on the TV louder, you will hear it. As well as any conversations happening on balconies. The good part about it is that this resort is mostly occupied by families with small children, and thus, they tend to make less noise at late hours. Not a lot of "party people" to hang out, drink and scream till late in the night. Still, expect some annoyances from time to time.
