: The manager Mr Hourrier was very friendly and supportive. The basic equipment of the apartment is good and provides for everything necessary. Nice walking path along the river close-by. A little off from the usual hustle and bustle of Cannes.
: Much noise from local road traffic during daytime (quiet in the night, though). Noise from refurbishments of other apartments (presumably due to off-peak season visit). Short wall bed. Lack of couch or something comfortable to relax during rainy days. The joints in the bathroom are mouldy and desperately need to be replaced. I would not recommend this apartment to more than 2 people because it does not provide for separate rooms and the additional bunk bed is directly at the entrance.

: Very friendly host, with clear explanation of the apartment, the residence, and the facilities. We wanted to check out very early (7 AM) which was no issue. Checkout went smooth.Apartment is equipped with a nice big fridge and a dishwasher.
: We didnt know we had to clean the apartment before our departure based on the info we read on Booking.com. As the apartment is quite small and the cleaning requirements are not very strict, it didnt take us a lot of time but we would have preferred to stay somewhere where we didnt have to clean.We werent given a lot of supplies to clean the apartment with either, e.g. there was an old sponge and the dishwasher soap was watered down. We also only got one roll of toilet paper for our 5-day stay and a single dishwashing tablet.
