  : the location was the only redeemable quality of the entire building.
  : I am very unhappy with my stay with yous the weekend it was an absolute disaster the minute we got there we went to the shop to collect our keys on the Friday morning to be told they will be there at 5pm. So we came back at 5pm to get the keys to be told then that they are at the back of the building so we got a set of keys that we were told would work on apartment 40 they did not work so I rang constantly to try sort this could not get through to anybody then I was giving the housekeepers keys that also did not work. I was ringing and ringing and been told complete lies on the phone my girlfriend was having a panic attack we were cold and just needed to sit down. Our phones were going dead but this did not seem to bother the girl on the phone and she was very rude telling me she is helping me and I need to wait. Then when we got in the apartment there was condoms in the bin used ones and mould in the bathroom and the bedroom. Then we were constantly getting missed calls from yous but only seen these when we left because the place has no service at all. We want our deposit back asap and we also want a refund for this stay. I am never one to complain about anything but this was absolutely horrendous. Oh and actually I forget there was blood on the supposed clean towel we were given.   : the property looked like pictures, nice enough lay out and decor but that was about it as it was severely unhygienic, pubic hair on the toilet seat (I have photo) and an unflushed toilet, most definitely not cleaned before we arrived which would explain why they didnt know where the key was located
  : so firstly we chose 5pm check in, this was agreed as we had plans for 6.30, we had to cancel these plans as we didnt get in until 6.30, luging heavy cases around to the convenient store and back and then suddenly the lady said it was now in the key box. However at this point we was just pleased to get in, then we see a pubic hair on toilet seat, an unflushed toilet, this I looked passed even though disgusted; the next morning I had a shower to find I had to hold the door shut with one hand, and also the drain didnt go down, causing water to overflow and us to have to use all towels to clean, it also ruined my pyjamas on the floor. The radiators did work but took forever to come on, leaving us freezing all night. Also very uncomfortable beds with dips in which we noticed once we got into to sleep. We most definitely didnt want luxury but after taking a 300 deposit on top of the payment before hand, this was a lot before our weekend away and we wasnt even given the basic hygiene standards, also no toilet roll, we had to buy our own, and we was given an incorrect password code that didnt match the box. Many many issues, which we tried to not let ruin our weekend as we was out most of the time, but very disappointing, I wouldnt stay again and I would also suggest staff are more knowledgeable as it sounded like they didnt have a clue where any keys was and all they could say was sorry, could you wait a further 5-10 minutes, and we was 3 young girls left outside on the cold dark streets of a city were not familiar with, so not acceptable. I will definitely be taking this further if someone doesnt contact me about the experience we have had.

  : Check in: be aware the check time is at 17:00, if you arrive early, you cant leave ypur luggage with them. Another thng is that there are so many instructions for the check in, you need to spend some time learing all the issues, so be prepared to be at ypur best at that time. Check out: in order to get the keys, you need to go to a store and its not round the corner, they ask to leave the keys in the same store. Tip: if sunday, tey forget to tell you tjhat the store is closed for leaving the keys to the guy that works there, so you may want to leeve the key inside the apparment wirh the door opened, if not, you ll have to go to the store and come back.

  : The entrance buzzer doesnt work. Lucky for us there was always someone who could let us in the front door.Its not clear which apartment we were being sent too. It said apartment 30. The key didnt work so I had to walk back to the shop, then phone to ask what was going on. The app is not clear.The mattresses were extremely worn. They sank so dramatically in the middle where your bum goes your head and feet were raised at each end! Also, one of the beds in apartment 26, when shunted together leaves a floating mattress space in the middle. TBH we would have preferred for the beds to be separate but you didnt ask. There was a lack of glassware.The wi-fi code in the app is wrong, I searched out the device and found the code, you missed out a P.
