: Great location, and the overall building and room was very clean. Access to the pool and hot tubs was close and easy. The pools are very clean, all the restaurants and shopping in the complex was great. We stayed over the 4th of July and we got to watch the concert and fireworks show from our balcony.
: We had absolutely ZERO responsiveness from the hosts. There was never an urgent situation we needed help with, thankfully, but we had no reply from emails, phone messages, and texts! We received a basic welcome text message on our arrival that stated "...please let us know if there is anything we can do for you during your stay". Why text that if you don't reply to texts when someone needs something? Our room was VERY warm when we arrived. The AC unit inside the living area worked fine enough, but it was right next to the pullout couch my daughters were on which left them freezing overnight, while my husband and I were still hot in the bedroom. The pullout couch was the other disappointment; it was lumpy, and very strange. There weren't any extra sheets or blankets in the room, and no one responded to my call or text when I requested them.
