  : The cetral heater/furnace is broken from day 1 to leaving. outside temp is 10 degree (12/26/2021). We were freezing. After several calls, they finally brough us a small broken spacer heater which is not able to heat up all rooms. They tried to fix the furnace and failed. On day 3, they brough us another 2 space heater and that help a lot.

  : The location is good however the floor was extremely sticky and so was the carpet in the kitchen. Laundry room had a very bad smell. We had paid for a room with private Jacuzzi it was the only room available at the time of booking. When we checked in there was no jacuzzi. We called to ask and someone on the phone said they cant move us to another room because they had no availability. We got a $100 refund but that wasnt enough to cover the expense for not having a private Jacuzzi. The parking lot only had two cars besides us. I didnt understand why they said there was no availability for a room change. In the second bedroom there was a door which we though leads to the outside when we opened it, it looked like a storage with black trash bags full of things. Our bedroom was extremely dry after two nights we found humidifiers in the hidden storage room. Kitchen has most of the stuff you need. However the spices looked like they were left behind by the other guests. The coffee machine wasnt clean. There was bedding in bags all over the house even the living room.
