  : Clean, spacious, location... shuttle stop is in front of the house. Lots of games available for fun time in the property. Nice fire place with pellet. Very well equipped kitchen.
  : Beds in loft area are actually 4 single beds, this was not clear from description or pictures. Not a big deal but would be good to have that in info. Water heater runs out of water quite fast and needs more than hour to reheat. There is a note from vacasa in property regarding this issue and this is common for all properties since it is electric heater and input cold water is 40 degrees. This is more note for future renters to read all instructions before start long showers.

  : The proximity to the free bus transportation around town and to the ski lifts. The kitchens was well appointed. The living area was very comfortable. Overall it suited our needs.
  : Lack of clothes-hangings and storage facilities (i.e. dresser of drawers and/or armoire) in the master bedroom. Nonfunctional main microwave (it would have also provided light to the cooking surface of the stove). Uncleanliness of pots, pot lids, oven was filthy, and bedding in the front bedroom required laundering before it could be used. No instructions on the use of the pellet stove. Access to the key for the pool/hot tub & ski locker was not available until a call was made to management. No TV channel guide. Two of four TVs (loft and front bedroom) are old and nonfunctional. Beds in the loft are not suitable for an adult. Lack of detail: broken handle on the sliding door to the deck (one of our guest cut their finger on the sharp edges while trying to open the door); 6-bulb light fixture above dining table had a different bulbs in each position and one burned out.

  : I enjoyed the property because it was located near stores and easy access to trails for hiking and biking routes. The amount of space the property had was pretty good for 6 to 8 people to stay under, which made it easier for everyone to have access to restrooms in their bedrooms, which made it clear for everyone to have access to restrooms in their bedrooms.

  : Lots of potential to be better. Easy check-in/check-out. Location was good, but traffic noise was terrible. I was hoping to enjoy the breeze with the windows open, but it was too noisy.
  : The entire unit contained exactly TWO teaspoons! Not exactly enough for a week rental. Cleaning staff needs training or help. Bathroom rug had black footprints and grit all over it. Kitchen counters had sticky jam-like substance and oil spilled on the stove. Front of cupboards and refrigerator needed a good wipe down from handprints and food spills. A handy-person needs to come stay to fix things -- I left a long list for Vacasa itemizing a running toilet, lightbulbs out, towels racks falling off walls, squeaky doors, broken recliner, broken toaster, etc. King bed was so-so comfortable, the other beds were UNcomfortable. Carpet had been vacuumed but looked dirty. We paid a $262 [I think] cleaning fee, which was a waste as I had to clean the kitchen myself before using. Mammoth is gorgeous, but this unit needs some attention.
