Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Snowcreek # 888 - Phase V in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Five Star Lodging, Inc will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
If booking 30 days or more prior to arrival date: The guest will be charged 50% of the total balance at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival date.

A USD 500 security deposit is required and will be charged when your remaining balance is due.

If booking less than 30 days prior to arrival date: The guest will be charged 100% of the total balance at the time of booking.

Guests must provide notice of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund.

Guests cancelling less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged the total balance.
