  : The outside terrace was nice.
  : The smell from the hotel was horrible and during the weekend the staff tried to cover it with perfume. Another dislike was the cleaness everything was clogged.In the room the water was interrupted and the air conditioning didnt work properly, the staff agreed to change our room. In the second room the main electricty swich didnt worked.A hotel who had 5 stars and it was disqualiffied to 4.

  : the hotel rooms look ok. the breakfast is ok too. not much to like this time, it was quite a horrible experience. the location is awesome as it's very close to beaches, clubs, and city centre.
  : The AC was out for our entire stay at the hotel. Right off the bat, the staff didn't bother to let us know about the issue. When we pointed it out, they brushed us off, then claimed they fixed it, then shoulder shrugged when we explained it's still not working. However, it wasn't until our last day that we were informed that the entire AC system was in fact broken and wouldn't be repaired in the near future. Honestly, the staff seemed like they are not trained at all, don't have hospitality skills, no empathy whatsoever, and they didn't know how to handle annoyed and uncomfortable guests. The whole situation was dealt with zero tact or care from the management. In addition to the prolonged AC malfunction lasting four days, the absence of alternative solutions like fans or any form of goodwill gesture was disappointing. We fought for a discount (had to ask Booking for help because the hotel shoulder shrugged once again), and only got almost one night back. Enduring what felt like a sauna in a supposedly 4-star hotel with promised superior amenities was an incredibly unpleasant experience, given that sleep was only possible in brief 10-minute intervals. Would never stay here again. If something goes sideways, they'll make zero efforts to make things right for their guests.

  : Toilet was broken. We changed rooms and the AC didnt work in the second room.We asked for help and didnt get any help with controling/fixing the AC.
