  : spacious 2 bedroom cabin with fairytale decor, great for children under 10. Modern bathroom with spa bath. Evening meal was good quality and easy with the children
  : Bugs with it being a woodland stay! Rooms were hot, needed fans which they did provide.

  : the concept of a wooden woodland retreat seemed attractive
  : The delivery of the above concept is very poor. The wooden hut that is the room was not fully prepared and had rather poor construction. on arrival after a 13 hour day we found the beds unmade. The wooden construction used raw timber not sealed wood so every stain is there permanently. Water stains from shower and loo included. There were some areas of sterling board compressed chipboard instead of natural planks.The toilet door handle fell of when first touched.One bedside light did not work.There were no coffee/tea facilities and no bottled water. This was not a budget hotel costing over 300 for two nights.When some financial compensation was requested by us, the owners suddenly decided that English was not within their understanding and refused to discuss recompense.As their clientele was all French excepting ourselves and as they are very near Puy Du Fou, I suspect they do not care what an English family thinks of their establishment.
