  : We got a free upgrade for the room with a Private swimming pool. The room is nice and clean. The hotel is big and right on the beach. The staff is friendly. The spa is so also nice and super relaxing. The location is great.
  : The gym material is not in good condition, a bit too old and some is not working. So it was a bit disappointing for me because one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the gym.

  : - First and foremost the staff was overall very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Anne for helping us always with a smile. 5 stars service!- breakfast was good and the views from the terrace are lovely.- The hotel is well located with beach front facilities and with places to enjoy the beach.- the Spa is a highlight and we really enjoyed it.
  : - the first night we were given a room at the front of the hotel with the door facing the street. Needless to say that it was impossible to sleep since the doors arent soundproofed and you could hear every car, motorbike and bus passing by. Very noisy. For a 5 stars property this is not acceptable. Luckily the next day the staff changed us to a more quiet room.- When requested a cot for our baby, this one came without a mattress, only some sort of cover, we had to request one which still was clearly very uncomfortable (and unsafe) for the baby since it was uneven and too soft.- Since my wife is breastfeeding we requested 2 extra pillows, they arrived almost 2 hours later when we were already asleep waking up everyone.- We noticed a lot of ants in our room.- This one is not related to the hotel but to the guests: A lot of smokers, so we couldnt enjoy our balcony and the habit of reserving the pool sun-beds with their towels and not appearing for 3-4h was terrible, the staff should be more active about this and remove towels after 1h.- We took a Yoga-stretching class and we were given mats which were dirty and with holes in them. Also the instructors outfit looked dated and dirty which definitely doesnt give a good image of the hotel. A lot of these do not require a lot of money or effort but attention to detail and some love, something you would expect from a 5 star resort.

  : Breakfast was excellent large variety of food. The location is perfect many bars and restaurants nearby walking distance. Staff very helpful. Air-condition was excellent and the sea view from our room was great. Room was adequate with a small kitchenette.
  : The only thing that is very annoying is that at 7 am all the sun beds near the pools are taken. Clients put their towels on the sun beds and often they come in the afternoon although there are signs stating that left alone towels will be removed by the staff.. When I contacted the pools staff no action was taken as it is a normally done and no one takes action.

  : The location was great and private beach access was amazing. The staff was nice and we had an issue with our room and they were able to change us back to the original room we booked the next morning. The kids club staff was also very nice and my kids enjoyed their time.
  : The food was not that great and we were at the end of the season so maybe they were just cleaning out the freezer but I wished we had fresher better food options and more kid options. Breakfast was pretty good and we did 1/2 board. The pools were freezing cold but at least the little kids area pool seemed to be heated and was warm. The spa was not very nice, it was older and run down, not that clean and the pool was Cold !! I was very disappointed in the spa.
