  : The hotel is not huge. So all the facilities are close and there is no need to go far for it. A lot of cocktails for all inclusive. The food was good. Nice water park for all ages. Nice private beach, also very close.
  : Air conditioning is a big big problem. In the rooms the ac is working very poor. We had 2 rooms and it was the same problem. We asked for assistance, but it didn't help. In public areas also ac is very poor too. Overall everything was good, except of air conditioning.

  : Only the water slides were good. The rest was horrible!! More than horrible....very bad quality of the food. Its was all inclussive. The rooms very small for a family of 4. Too much overestimated for the amount of money we paid 1500 for 4 nights.... we only ate once and final as the food was just disgusting. Very very poor quality. The drains in the bathroom were smelling really bad. Honestly it was the WORST hotel i have ever been in my life. I am really sorry that i choose to stay there. It was a very very bad dicision, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

  : Staff at restaurants and bars are nice and good. Working hard.Food good.Bar and food manager very responsive and polite.Reception polite .. they have to keep the promises.Food is delicious but needs more choices .I was expecting more fish .. grill or fried.Hotel clean . Has to improve the furniture in the room is too low. Remove the hot hub. It will make the bathroom bigger and nice.If you can improve the beach side, it will be very nice.Overall, it's a perfect holiday.

  : Room wasnt the cleanest, self serve drinks machines werent always working well for soft drinks and what really ruined our experience was the hotel communication in regard to our booking, due to missing our flight on the first night we had to amend our dates for check in to the next day, after speaking to them on the phone I did this via booking.com, an email was sent to them requesting to change date of check in to the following day, I was informed that once they had received this email from booking.com that this could be done and that my booking was secure. However, on our day of departure the hotel phoned me to say that they had not received an amendment for my booking and that my booking was no longer showing on the system, we were flying out that day and had no where to stay, I was told I could not book direct with them and it would had to be via their website or booking.com, I explained that my booking for 7 nights was not showing on booking.com and that my reservation was still showing as confirmed on my app, however I was told that there was nothing they could do, I could not speak to anyone at booking.com either due to have no phone number contact, only via the help centre which I had already done to amend my check in date!Due to the short notice, this was distressing and not the best start to our stay, only 3 nights was showing as available from our flight date, I booked these to ensure we as a family of two adults and two children had somewhere to stay on our first night, hoping that the remainder of my booking would show up for me to book the further 3 nights whilst staying there, however they did not do I had to rebook with another hotel for the further 3 nights, on check in the night receptionist had an issue with my booking which delayed us by a further half hour at 1am in the morning, I now had two bookings showing on my app, yet they were still saying my first was had been cancelled by booking.com, but it hadnt?

  : Food is quite good for an all-in and lot of options for kids. The aquapark is quite good as well and loved the beach (calmer than the pools)The music level is not too high.The room service would put the stuffed toys on the bed within towels in heart , so my girls would always leave them on the bed on purpose and look forward coming back to the room
  : The guy painting the walls in the entire complex has never used painter tape and it really looks like he did not want to do that job, it is ridiculous. The interior of the hotel looks like european social housing/ibis budget. Not enough long chairs on the beach (there is enough space) and around the pools, so you will have to drop your towels 8h30 latest if you want one, which is quite early for us in hollidays

  : Many stuff and activities to do, everyone could find something. The kids' pools are awesome. The staff are kind and helpful.All and all, an enjoyable vacation in this hotel
  : The rooms seem abit old, and the food was rather simple (although there was plenty of it!).Also, the elevators could use an upgrade: they should add another elevator or make the existing ones faster.
