  : The location of this property was the best thing about it. There views from the campsite were beautiful and the easy access to Venice city centre was excellent. There were many facilities for those wishing to camp or use a camper van at the site. A restaurant, pizzeria, bar and shop were all available at the time we went in May. Reception staff were helpful and kind.
  : I was so disappointed to find that the pool was closed. This was what originally attracted me to book this property and on arrival we found out that it would be closed until June 1st. I think this should definitely be made known to guests before they book. The caravan we rented was basic but slightly unclean. There was a mosquito squashed on the wall and spiders upon arrival. (We did choose the cheapest option for 2 people).

  : Not clean, too many stairs with no accessibility for wheelchair, no vegetable soup in the restaurant for my baby

  : The location was great as it was easy to get to Venice.
  : The mobile home was very old, dirty and had lots of ants in it (even crawling in the beds )

  : Staff were lovely. Room was spacious.
  : Room was damp and a bit mouldy. Lots mosquitoes. The property is in very industrial area which is not shown in advertisements. Ferry takes about 30mins and would not be great in rough weather.
