  : Great location probably one of the best hotels in Malatya , and one of the most solid after the earthquake.
  : my experience was far from satisfactory. The air-conditioning in my room was not working throughout my stay, despite repeated requests for assistance. Despite sending technicians to fix it, the issue persisted, and the promised resolution within 30 minutes never materialized. As a result, my room's temperature soared to an uncomfortable 28 degrees. I spent three consecutive days trying to have the issue resolved or my room changed, but my requests were met with nothing more than apologies, a few biscuits, and some tea.Adding to my disappointment, the staff at the reception seemed to struggle with English, which was unexpected for a hotel of this standard. This language barrier further hindered effective communication and made the situation even more frustrating.It's disheartening that such a beautiful hotel with promising accommodations could fail to deliver a comfortable and enjoyable stay due to these issues. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the overall experience for future guests.
