: The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food was excellent, we especially loved the lemon profiterole. The employees were attentive and helped in everything.
: The location was in the forest. When Filippo first came to pick us up, we were very scared as we walked through the forest. Then we realized there was no need to worry.

: The staff were very friendly even though there was a bit of a language barrier - in a way to be expected, but that wasn't an issue. The facility is impeccable, the food was great and the breathless view is unforgettable.
: Unfortunately the price of that view wasn't clearly displayed in the booking page which was quite frustrating to arrive and find out that one needs to take 200 steps and has to rely on their shuttle which took around 25 mins to come. Had this been advertised clearly and not below the comments section under additional info, I most certainly wouldn't have booked the room. There is a reason why such info is not on the main section nor on the confirmation message which is why I didn't really appreciate to find out only when I arrived. It made it worse actually because they could have just sent an email explaining how it all works in advance. Moreover, it was a real shame that the owner lacked the good manners to have the construction crew start their work with the jackhammer at 10am - instead I couldn't enjoy a morning sleep up in the hills and in the middle of nowhere already from 8am as the guys were already super loud. This was a total joke....I paid for a relaxed time in a scenic place and got the worst that a city has to offer. And what made it much worse also is that a brand new aircon didn't work or was purposely disabled, leaving only the fan or an open window option in one of the hottest summers in recent years.
