  : Ideal location right outside the train station.Despite what any traveler would think of areas as such, the hotel is fully refurbished on the inside and had double glazed windows installed so that there was no noise coming in from.the busy streets below.It had anything one needs and the room and bathroom all you could wish for

  : Very good breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, location is 10 min walk from the centre, next to the train station. Paid parking is available right next to the hotel.

  : Location is really great, just in front of the main train station, but still on a quiet street.Self-checkin at 10 pm was also smooth, fast and easy.
  : - It is January now and the room was pretty cold inside, because the wind was coming through the closed window.- Internet connection was very poor.- This wasnt promised by the hotel, but still for this price would be nice to have at least some welcoming bottle of water and a kettle for the morning tea/coffee.

  : You can walk to Mainz train station in 1 minutes!.
  : I was stayed here last year and that was ok but this time when I check in there was a middle age guy with a glasses and he looked so confused and he provided me a wrong information he told me I had breakfast but I didnt buy for a breakfast at all. When I check out this time there is one lady and when I returned my key card she told me that I didnt pay money for my stay yet because it doesnt notify in the hotel system even I paid since I was arrive on my first day and it wasted of my time I curious that If they think I didnt pay yet why they dont ask me during I stayed there but they decide to ask me when I check out and if I didnt pay money yet how can I get a key card ? So I couldnt rate 10 this time.

  : Easy access to the Mainz main train station a bus stop.Several restaurants near.Short walk to the shopping district.Elevator..Nice hot water for showers.Restaurant open for breakfast in the morning.Helpful staff..

  : the room is very fine, but the isolation from voices are very bad, the other visitors in this hotel were very loud...I heard some people talk and laugh very loud until 3 or 4 am...I had flight and had long flight trip the next day early morning in Frankfurt, could not sleep all night...the elevator is far from my room, although the reception gave me a room far from the elevator, but the noise still very big...visitors push the door very loud, some came back very late or midnight or 2 and 3 am, some talked also very loud.....the water shower from the bathroom or the furniture can be heard so clearly. The date of that night was on 20th of December, 2023. Plus, the room has no information about the wifi, only q r code, no telephone machine to contact the reception. So I had to go to downstair, the reception to ask the wifi password again (I do not have personal internet).
