  : The location less than 3 minutes from station made it very convenient. The room was basic and clean.
  : We arrived during the correct arrival times, to find the place closed and locked up. Very cold waiting while I had to find phone number. No warning was given to us that the place would be closed that afternoon / evening!

  : Had problem with coffee maker but staff sorted that out very promptly.

  : A basic hotel ideal for us on a one night stay passing through, the restaurant was good, but everything seemed to close down at 9 or 10pm. the room was to a basic spec there is a coffee machine in the room but i could not get mine to work. there is not a breakfast option in the morning so you can use a bakery 2 doors up for breakfast and coffee.
  : would be even better to have an option for breakfast.

  : Nice and quiet with a lovely. Kew out towards the Alps and right at the start of the Heidi Walk which is well worth doing
