  : Almost perfect. The room was wonderful, staff were fantastic, breakfast was good and a nice ale thrown in. Loved the accommodations and location. Staff deserve a medal for putting up with the power outages in the area. See below.
  : The property experiences power outages on a regular basis. Absolutely out of their control. My room was affected, and as a result I lost lights and TV. Staff were wonderful, but could not do anything until the power supplier resolved the issue. This meant an emergency light was on when I tried to sleep, and later, all lights and TV came back on in the middle of the night. Shame on British power.

  : Booked this at very short notice and really glad we stayed here. Comfortable and reasonably large room with unusual wood panel decoration. Comfortable seating area with settee. The room was open plan which we quite liked. The restaurant menu was interesting and varied and the quality of the food was excellent. We had the lamb which was excellent. The restaurant is large and open plan with many tables and a large glassed wall that presumable could be opened up in the Summer. Many outdoor tables suggest this is a very busy place in the summer. It was clear that a lot of time and money had been spent and the result is interesting and good value. All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient.
  : We were unlucky to be sitting next to a group of mums with screaming children and babies at dinner. Not ideal for a quiet evening but stuff happens and didn't really spoil our night. It looks like a venue that will attract family dinners and might not be the place for a romantic night out. There was a large TV in the room which unfortunately didn't work. It was a shame but not a major problem.

  : The property was clean and loved the shower!
  : 1. The concrete floors- would benefit from either providing slippers, or having polished concrete it so its a nicer surface to walk bare foot on. 2. Noise from tv next door- we had an older couple next to us who had their tv on full blast until 11pm, and was woken up to the morning news at 7am on full blast the next day.

  : The staff were friendly
  : The coffee machine was broken & we reported it. But we were told after the second day that it couldnt be replaced or fixed. Fair enough but why didnt they give us a jar of coffee. No apologies or exclamation were given until we asked. We needed more toilet paper but none arrived. At dinner they delivered our food to the wrong table. They were very apologetic & didnt charge us when we eventually got something to eat almost two hrs later. but we didnt want to chance having dinner there again. Breakfast this morning was pretty bad. I wouldnt stay there again.
