  : The cottage was spotlessly clean & set in a beautiful location. It was quiet, the beds were comfy & there was everything there to facilitate a comfortable stay. The owner was lovely & we would visit again.
  : When we arrived it was very cold & we could not figure out how the radiators turned on, as it turns out the heating was on a timer that wasn't working properly. There was a log burner which as it was already set up we lit, there were a few logs in the basket which unfortunately burned through so quickly and as any more logs would be 7.50 a bag we decided not use the log burner, subsequently our first night was very cold. In the morning we reported the heating problem to the owner who very quickly had it rectified and the rest of our stay was toasty warm.

  : Owner unfriendly and difficult. Property is tired and in need of work. Photos make it look much nicer than it is.
