  : Phone in the bedroom didn't work.It smelled bad. All the carpets were dirty.Windows didn't open unless you asked at the reception. TV didn't work. Didn't had shampoo /shower gel in the bathroom. The guy at the bar was doing 3 jobs, so we had to ask the 3 people in the reception to ask for him. I saw the solitaire open in the computer at the reception. Told them 3 times the astray outside was full. They didn't clean it. Worst stay until now.

  : It is well located near the metro for access to Porto
  : Very tired hotel. The first room had worn out carpets, no plug in bath, very thin and old sheets that appeared dirty; in general in very poor condition.The second, refurbished room was also very disappointing

  : The room was nice and spacious, but nothing matters if the personnel is so inhuman and so cruel. This might be my WORST experience in a hotel ever in my life (and I am travelling for more than 35 years)!
  : The last day before my checkout I felt sick and went down in the reception asking to speak to the manager. There were two girls (early 20s) in the reception at that moment (September 19th 2023, at 10:00 in the morning). The one told me I am the manager which I found surprising. I told them that I woke up feeling really bad and asked if it was possible to call me a doctor. I was surprised to hear that they cannot call me a doctor and I have to find one by myself and call him but not in my room! They kept insisting that I must leave the room and checkout at 12:00 and that was very important for them. I was very surprised since that was very strange and the hotels and bounded by the EU legislation to call a doctor if a guest asked. I explained to them that I was going to pay for the doctor myself, but there seemed to be no understanding. So, I just checked out and went walking to a pharmacy nearby, and there I fainted! There were very nice and called a doctor for me, that he told me that it was crazy that they made me leave the hotel. Since he couldnt examine me in the streets we went to a hotel nearby that in the reception there were people with human feelings and he treated me there. My illness was severe and if I wasnt treated I could have died. To sum up: I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will inform everyone about how inhuman they treated me!
