: We enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. All members of the staff were always available to answer any questions and adress any concerns promptly with a smile.
: People in general are not very friendly and sociable. They react negatively or respond defensively if you happen to enter a shop without making a purchase. Additionally, it is important to be mindful of potential price increases targeted towards tourists when considering purchases. It is worth mentioning that we had a negative experience with the beach staff, their behaviour was impolite and lacking in curteosy.

Disappointing

: location was not wow and the breakfast was below expectation
: The receptionist was not upto the standard , no smile and no welcoming words

: The live music was the only thing that I had enjoyed.
: The food was disappointing, there was no varieties of meat, only chicken and fish. Not much to choose from, food was bland, i mostly ate chips. Not much to eat for breakfast, mostly salads and jams. No rolls or croissants.Room service was only done on request which seemed odd. If you don't ask nobody will come to clean. Hotel staff not welcoming or friendly, maybe we were treated differently because of our skin color. No help with bags or assistance for taxis.Lift is very small and scary, not for claustrophobic people

  : The food was good.
: 1. For a 4-star hotel lack of variety on desserts and same breakfast every day 2. Fruits were not a good quality 3. hard mattresses 4. the call for prayer can be heard from 5 o'clock in the morning, because the hotel is closed to 2 mosques 5. we had noisy neighbours that broke the glass of the door and the people from the reception were calling them in the middle of the night, which we heard and could not sleep well

Very Good

: I was upgraded to a family room on the top floor even though I was a solo traveler so my review of the room is based on what is kind of a suite for me. It had 2 balconies, one with a nice view of the sea and one of the mountains. I prefer a wardrobe closet with drawers instead of shelves and on open clothes rack but that was adequate. The room, bathroom and bed were all comfortable although the lightening in the bathroom dim. The staff were nice although not cheery except for the guys at the reception. The meals are good, varied and of good quality and the wine okay. But dont expect steaks, hamburgers or typical Turkish meats although every meal served large grilled fish (probably farmed and frozen), The hotel in general is very modern, comfortable, clean. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk but if you want to use the free beach, it is a 30 minute walk so best to use the free hotel shuttle. At the free beach, drinks are not free, 6 Euro for a glass of wine and 50 Turkish lira to use toilet. The beaches are nice with easy in and out on shallow sandy beaches. For me as a solo traveler it was a good value for a modern, comfortable hotel with good food and so can recommend it for a stay in Antalya near the beaches.
: Dim lighting in bathroom with not convenient towel racks. Besides having to take a shuttle on a schedule to the beach, a very nice place to stay.

: Good position if you like a walk. 10 minutes to beach and 25 minutes to harbour/marina. Plenty of local vars and restersunts near by also shops galore. Nice pol area although due to height of buildings didn't all stay in sun. Rooms more than adequate for 10 days.
: Sun not being on pool all day. Beds provide at beach were very close.Smoking is abundant in turkey I think it should be banned on all of hotel premises.Spirits at bar, gin vodka very por quality. Having said that still great spot.
