  : Beautiful hostel and I had a wonderful room. From the top of the terrace outside you have a view on the sea and the garden is so pretty as well!
  : Unfortunately the room (Nr.5) was directly over the street, so it was extremely loud. Even with earplugs.

  : It's an historical house, located in the midle of Ericeira, nearby bars, restaurants and beach. The stuff is amazing. Is like a part of your familly.

  : It was a very luxury hostel from what I'm used to. Nice outside area with two kitchens with all the supplies you need. The staff was very helpful and our stay felt warm and personal. The location is perfect, next to the big supermarket and one street away from the city centre or max 5 min from the beach.
  : Parking in the area was doable in April low season, but I can imagine that it will be more difficult in high season. If I really have to point something out it would be too little outlets, but that is a minor detail for me!

  : We booked and paid a double room and we chose specifically one with a double bed. When we arrived the lady at the reception gave us a room with four single beds. We referred to the reception that its not the room that we paid for and she was trying to reach the boss via messages at 11.30pm. After a 15-minute conversation with texts between them, we finally talked to him on the phone. As a response to his mistake, he suggested us to cancel the reservation with a full refund by him (not booking) and find another place to stay at midnight or the other choice was to give us a 15% percent discount (9,3) and staying in the wrong room under the circumstances of cancellation once again. In this way he was trying to avoid the review and bribe us with the super big amount of 9 at midnight having no other place to stay!!! Of course we denied the offer cause there was no point at all and all of this situation and his behaviour was unacceptable!!! Next time try to make a better offer if you want to fool people.
