  : The location is great, in the city centre. I liked that it was so quiet during the night. I really slept well there. Exceptional beds - a matter of preference, I know, but to me they were the best, along with the pillows and the cover - really really comfy. The staff was very pleasant - both at the reception and the cleaning staff. Coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus. The shower was nice, bathroom clean. The room wasn't too small, it had a bit weird layout but there was enough space. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
  : I was disappointed initially - didn't look like a 4 star hotel, it didn't even have drinking water!! Or it did but in the minibar, so it was chargeable. I found it weird. It was cold and I couldn't see anywhere I could regulate the temperature in the room. My experience got better in the night - they turned the AC on to a pleasant temperature and the sleep was great. But the next day was the same - cold. I liked my stay overall because I spent almost zero time indoors. I think the hotel is a great place to be if you're mostly looking for a good night's sleep. It's disappointing during the day. Breakfast was tasty but it was hard to communicate with the staff. Both times I got there half hour before they stop serving breakfast, and both times there were some foods missing, clean cups were missing, and once there was no clean table to sit at. The staff seems very unbothered, but oh well, we're all human.

  : I didn t the fact that even I choose do not change the towels the cleaning staf pack the used towels, so the towels are mixt up. Even it is a 4 stars hotel we don t have rhe shower cap and I did not understand why there is no toilet brush in the bathroom.
