: Location is ideal, next to everything you need including the metro to get anywhere in the city. Very lively location but super crowded. Room was nice and dark and staff is friendly. You dont hear the noise from the street but this is Madrid, walls are paper thin everywhere you go (the building is an adapted former residency building) so keep that in mind.
: Bathrooms - they dont clean them often. I stayed for 3 nights and one of them smelled like pee the whole time and the sink was dirty 3 out of 4 days- one time there was no toilet paper. I stayed at other pensiones and never had problems with cleanliness. Also my covered and pillow was not that clean either. You pay a great price but dont expect too much, it is a place to just sleep.

: Great location. In the very center and at the same time relatively quite since the windows give a view on the yard. Hotel at the price of a hostel.
: There is no natural light and the bed didnt seem clean. Now a have bad acne from the sheets very unpleasant. If you have absence sleep like myself, this is probably not the best choice. The doors clacking ridiculously loud. You can hear every noise from other rooms. Doors are very old and not well made and there is a kinda hospital (prison) light coming throughout the cracks the entire night as soon as someone walks in the hall, the lights light up automatically.Pictures from the web site dont correspond to reality. It is not very clean in general. And on the top of that Ill have to get an acne treatment after 3 nights in spent there
